What you agree to.
What we promise, and what we don't.

Using Outscroll
Outscroll is for your personal use on your own phone, and you must be at least 13 to use it. You decide which apps it blocks, how many minutes an exercise earns, and whether to lock its settings behind a passcode. You are responsible for those choices and for keeping your phone and passcode safe. By installing or using the app you accept these terms; if you do not, please uninstall it.
Exercise and your health
Outscroll is not medical advice and does not know your medical history. Exercise only in a way that is safe for you, stop if something hurts, and ask a doctor first if you are unsure. The camera counts movement approximately: it can miss a repetition or count one you did not intend, and the count is what the app credits.
App blocking
Blocking works through Android's accessibility service, which you turn on yourself. Android can turn that service off, a system update or a battery setting can stop it, and some apps cannot be blocked at all. Outscroll therefore cannot guarantee that a blocked app stays blocked, and it is not a substitute for parental controls or for a device policy.
If you lock the settings with a passcode, there is no way to recover it. Uninstalling the app removes the lock and every piece of data the app holds.
Minutes
Minutes are a balance inside the app that you earn by exercising and spend to unlock the apps you blocked. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be bought, including with Premium. Hard Mode options you enable may reset them daily, as the option says when you turn it on.
Test releases
A build you receive through an internal or closed test may change or lose its data between versions and may stop working when the test ends. Please do not rely on it for anything you cannot afford to lose.
What belongs to us
The app, its exercises, artwork, videos, sounds and text belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Outscroll on devices you own or control. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content, or try to get around its subscription, except where the law allows it.
No warranty
Outscroll is provided as it is, without a warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it, from an app that was not blocked, or from minutes that were miscounted. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have as a consumer that the law where you live does not allow to be limited.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top moves when they do, and a change that matters is announced in the app. A change never alters the price or period of a subscription you have already paid for.
